Presentations and proposals are another means to articulate your vision in a bespoke way for clients. With all the copy you’ve written already you will find that you now have large parts of your proposals and presentations in place; you just need to edit and trim judiciously. Less is more!

Prepare proposal and presentation templates leaving gaps for where the client-specific copy can be added in. This way, even at your busiest you should be able to quickly and accurately send out a proposal for new work. Take some time now to lay these out properly.

If you want to go further, you can also write some bespoke copy for specific customer segments. This is particularly useful if you regularly sell the same service to similar clients.

Why not have a full proposal and presentation ready to go? All you need do is insert the client name and your pricing and your proposal is done. It takes some up-front planning, but think how much time you can save in the future.
